Goods are home delivered by express courier (Bartolini, UPS, DHL) or by post.

The purchaser can avail himself of the right to withdraw or change of mind, by returning the purchased product within 10 days from the delivery date of the parcel, with complete packaging . Delivery costs will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. Due to the nature of CDs and videocassettes , these may only be returned if the seal of the discs and the videos hasn’t been broken. Faulty products will be replaced, as long as they are in their original packaging, together with all included handbooks and other supplied accessories , sent carriage paid, in suitable external packaging with our Authorised Return Number (NAR…) clearly visible . The NAR, to be quoted clearly in the document and on the external packaging, gives further explanation of the reason for returning the goods. Packs without a correctly filled in RMA form will be rejected. To obtain the Authorised Return Number (NAR) contact us by e-mail or telephone indicating the purchasing date, invoice number or other sales document and the fault details. Replacements or credits are subject to possible technical checks on the returned goods, in case by the producer. Any deliveries sent with carriage unpaid and without authorised return, will be rejected. Delivery costs are charged to the customer. In all circumstances, the goods must be returned with the original packaging and contents and in perfect condition; otherwise , the guarantee is not applicable and the returned goods will not be accepted. If the above given conditions are satisfied the Customer service will either credit or replace the faulty material.

 Taxes are included in the price shown on the order form displayed on line; thus VAT is included in the above prices.
Any custom duties are notified to the customer before the forwarding, and they are in any case at the customer’s expense.

The customer may at any time access his own stored data and request their modification and/or deletion. The data requested in the order form are used exclusively to assure the forwarding of the goods and under no circumstances they are disclosed to third parties or used to send any advertising material to the customer.
